Grow..emerge and fly free with your own wings!
Fresh Beginnings is a forum that focuses on whole personal healing, dynamic healthy living and transformational change from the inside out
This site is open to anyone who is interested in sharing ideas about healthy, abundant living and spiritual development.
In our view we are all students and teachers to each other in this One-Song called life. Fresh Beginning's members walk different spiritual paths and we respect divergent beliefs systems. We encourage members to discuss ideas through respectful dialog whether they agree or not.
Whenever you discover new pathways to health, wholeness, prosperity, love and light we'd appreciate hearing about it.
We believe that an attitude of co-operation and consensus contributes to the greatest good of the all. Many of us at Fresh Beginnings believe that that with enough love we will be able to resolve all our human rights and global concerns.
Hopefully with increasing numbers working towards that end...anyone who wants to will be able to discover what they need to create a Fresh Beginning at any stage of life.
Warm regards from the site creators Coralie/Raia and David, our administrators, Victor, Wilow, Tamara, Gaby, Autumn and all our members.
We have been told that Fresh Beginnings has a family feel and you are most welcome to join us.
Greetings friends,Autumn and I were discussing Pinterist yesterday and it made me wonder how many members here are jumping on that Bandwagon too? David and I have created a board there and it is a fun way to share interests by pinning them to different boards. Here is the skinny on Pinterist: What is Pinterest?Pinterest is a Virtual Pinboard.Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and…Continue

I found this information on the LIVE FOOD DOCTOR (a doctor who writes about being a living foodist). It is truly stunning and a must watch for everyone! Being a biologist I have always wondered why wild animals aren’t being stricken with cancer like the human population is. This may be part of the answer. B17, a nitriloside, is crucial to diet. It also explains why the Hunza people have such good health, live so long and are cancer free as their diet is rich in apricots (high in B17).Before I…Continue

A Love Letter To Childless Mommies On Mother's DayBy Lisa RankinNote from the Editor: As Lissa and I discussed her writing a new blog post for Mother's Day this year we realized that it felt much bigger and divinely timed to re-post this Mother's Day post from last year. Great Spirit of Light, come to me out of the East (red) with the power of the rising sun. Let there be light in my words, let there be light on my path that I walk. Let me remember always that you give the gift of a new day. And never let me be burdened with sorrow by not starting over again. Great Spirit of Love, come to me with the power of the North (white). Make me courageous when the cold wind falls upon me. Give me strength and endurance for everything that is harsh, everything that…Continue

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian healing system that allows us to let go of toxic energies within our being in order to allow Divine thought, action and energy in to heal us. It literally means "to make right or rectify an error." According to this ancient Hawaiian system the toxic energy within us is caused by thoughts that are tainted by painful past memories. Ho'oponopono gives us a way to release the toxic energy which causes imbalance and disease. Through it we can heal imbalances to the body…Continue

Earth Day gives us reason to pause and consider planet/mother earth and all she provides for us. Without earth we would not have a home and that is a sobering reality. http://www.care2.com/greenliving/national-abandonment-2.html
Perhaps the single most devastating emotional pain we suffer is abandonment. Millions of children know this experience as their primary relationship to their parents, and the effects are wide-ranging and long-lasting. Abandonment is rarely about the person being left, it is most always a reflection of what is broken in the person doing…
